Hey, for some reason my gmail wasn't letting me email you at jsmooth@illdoctrine.com so I thought I'd contact you here. I hope thats ok.
I've been watching your videos for a while now and always find your views insightful and your presentation of them massively entertaining. Coupled with this you appear to have a great care for social issues and a wide audience. With this in mind I wondered if you would consider doing a videp on the situation in the Democratic Republic of the congo.

The DRC is currently the most dangerous place in the world to be a woman, with thousands each year suffering physical and sexual abuse at the hands of both Hutu rebels and the Congolese military. This story not only needs to be heard due of its appalling nature, but also because it is something that we can have an influence upon. Both government and local malitias (whom are the perpetrators of these crimes) are funded by the sale of minerals which are used in the majority of electronic goods we in the more affluent west enjoy (ipods, laptops, cell phones etc) by petitioning companies to be accountable for the sourcing of the materials they work with we can make a real difference to the lives of thousands of women.
for more information please watch:

Kind regards.

Another great post,

I love your work & I the collections of stories & videos that always seem to strike a cord with me. You're always an amazing inspiration. To often though I miss out on a ton. Sadly its because most often I'm wrapped up in my own creative endeavors.

So here's my huge question: any chance we'll see a podcast feed, an atom or rss feed with enclosures, return any time soon? For either Ill Doctrine or Nil Doctrine, but preferable both?

No only can I hope - I can also help. Any thing to get my fix of open minded, critical thinking, creative fix.

And thnx again for your work & especially for sharing it with all of us. You're doing an awesome job that impacts the life's of many - I can attest to the motivation you've sparked in me when I've often needed just that to follow my inspiration.

With hopes for a soon to come podcast feed. Thank you again.
